This panel discussion will focus on the dynamic platform that highlights the groundbreaking achievements, inventions, and advancements that have shaped our world.
The panel discussion will also focus on a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by Black inventors throughout history and the transformative impact of their work on society. By exploring these narratives, the event aims to inspire future generations to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields and continue the legacy of innovation.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with experts, learn about lesser-known achievements, and gain insights into the ongoing efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in the technology sector. Innovations and Technology Day is a celebration of brilliance, resilience, and the limitless potential that emerges when diverse voices contribute to the ever-evolving landscape of innovation.
As part of the highlight for the day, we will also host the Global Africa Market Place, a dedicated exhibition of brands owned, initiated, or led by Africans, or people of African descent from the Americas. It will also be a platform for businesses that support the Black Community as well as partners and sponsors of the Black History Festival 2024
