Description: The Black History Makers Awards and Gala Night is a prestigious event that celebrates and honors the outstanding contributions of individuals within the Black community who have made significant impacts in various fields. This annual gala serves as a platform to recognize the achievements of Black leaders, trailblazers, and innovators who have excelled in areas such as business, education, science, technology, arts, culture, and social justice.
During the Awards ceremony, recipients are acknowledged for their remarkable accomplishments, resilience, and commitment to positive change. The event aims to highlight the diverse talents and achievements within the Black community, fostering inspiration and pride among attendees. The gala also provides a space for networking and collaboration, bringing together influential figures, community leaders, and supporters to celebrate the richness of Black history and culture.
The event will attract 20 Top African and Americas Youth Leaders to share their experience with young people of African Descent, especially from the HBCUs, Universities and Colleges in the Americas and Africa who will converge at the Ohio State University to have in-depth discussions about bilateral partnership and sustainable development for Africa, the Americas inspired by the African Diaspora and the Black Community globally
